It depends on liability, tax and how visible you want the parent to be. A subsidiary ring-fences risk but adds compliance; a branch is simpler but exposes the parent. We’ll model both for your situation.
Will opening a US office create a US tax bill?
It can — a physical or dependent-agent presence may create a permanent establishment and US filing obligations. Planning the setup is how you avoid triggering that by accident.
Do I need a US entity to sell to US customers?
Not always. Some businesses sell into the US for a while before incorporating there. We’ll tell you when a local entity actually becomes necessary rather than assuming it from day one.
