3. Who provides our services
Our services are provided by two separate firms:
- Taxule Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15403686), provides our UK services.
- Taxule CPA PLLC provides our US services. It is licensed as a CPA firm by the Montana Board of Public Accountants (firm licence PAC-FIRM-LIC-60504).
The professional qualifications of our team members are shown on their profiles, and you can check them on the public register of each professional body.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Nothing on this site promises a particular tax treatment, saving, refund or result. Tax law and practice change often, and tax authorities may take a different view from ours.
5. Examples and figures
Examples, case studies and fee figures on this site are for illustration only. They are not a quote or an offer. Your fees and scope are confirmed in your engagement letter.
6. Which countries we advise on
We advise only on the tax law of countries where a Taxule firm is qualified to advise. At present, that means the United Kingdom and the United States. Our content may refer to UK rules, US federal and state rules, and how the two systems interact. It may not apply to your state, your residence position or your treaty position. If your affairs involve another country, you may also need advice from an adviser qualified there.
7. Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as HMRC and the IRS. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse the site it points to.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Taxule Ltd and Taxule CPA PLLC accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
