Terms & Conditions — Taxule US–UK

Custom Component

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the taxule.com website (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by the Taxule group, comprising Taxule Ltd (UK, company no. [NUMBER]) and Taxule CPA PLLC (US), together “Taxule,” “we,” “us.”

These website terms are separate from the engagement terms that apply when you become a client; those are set out in your engagement letter, which prevails over these terms in the event of any conflict in relation to the services.

2. Use of the website

You may use the site for lawful, personal or business-research purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
  • introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or disrupt the site's operation;
  • misuse forms or booking tools (for example, submitting false information or spam).

3. No advice and no engagement

Site content is general information only and is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice — see our Disclaimer. Using the site, contacting us or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. We act for you only under a signed engagement letter and after completing required client due-diligence and anti-money-laundering checks.

4. Enquiries, consultations & bookings

When you submit an enquiry, request a quote, or book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information and that we may contact you about your request. A free consultation is for an initial discussion and does not by itself constitute advice you can rely on or an agreement to act. Any fee figures shown on the site are illustrative and are confirmed only in an engagement letter. We handle your form data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, guides, design, logos, the “Taxule” name and branding, graphics and tools — is owned by or licensed to Taxule and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your own non-commercial use and may share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or exploit our content commercially, or remove any notices, without our written permission.

6. Third-party tools & links

The site uses third-party tools (for example, HubSpot forms, Calendly scheduling and Google Analytics) and may link to external sites such as HMRC and the IRS. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability, and links do not imply endorsement.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising from paid services is governed by the relevant engagement letter, not these terms.

9. Privacy & cookies

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle personal data and cookies.

10. Governing law

Because Taxule operates across two jurisdictions, the governing law depends on the contracting entity:

  • Where your dealings are with Taxule Ltd, these terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales], and its courts have [non-exclusive] jurisdiction.
  • Where your dealings are with Taxule CPA PLLC, these terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA.

[Confirm governing-law and jurisdiction wording with legal counsel for each entity.] Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies is the one published when you use the site. Questions: hello@taxule.com or [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
